Jasmine Birtles is a financial expert, TV presenter, author, journalist, business commentator and humourist. Her mission is to de-mystify money and give practical advice to help people get out of debt and manage their finances by spending less, making more and investing for a secure future. She has money saving and money making ideas as well as wise spending habits. Shes a financial expert with a twist unique in that she is able to combine her knowledge of business and personal finance with her comedy skills, making a worrying subject palatable and easy to understand.

As an independent financial spokesperson she has helped promote financial services for companies such as The Post Office, Lloyds TSB, Air Miles, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Carphone Warehouse, Gumtree, Love Food Hate Waste, Cornhill Insurance, Olay, the Foreign Office and price comparison sites, and she co-presented an in house business programme for HSBC.

She speaks on various financial and business issues including personal financial management and setting up and running small businesses. As a keynote speaker, facilitator, host, after dinner speaker and corporate presenter, she has spoken at and hosted conferences for a wide variety of companies and industries including BT, IBM, Ernst and Young, Barclays Stockbrokers, Sainsburys, Egg, Abbey National, Everywoman, Moneyfacts, pfeg, The Money Advice Service, O2 and EDF Energy.

As a financial journalist she writes regularly for the Daily Express, Closer, Readers Digest, the Independent and the Independent on Sunday. She also writes for various other national newspapers and magazines including The Guardian, The Observer, The Mirror, Spectator Business, Essentials, Best, AOL Money, Marie Claire, Glamour, Prima and many others. Jasmine is the author of 39 books.

She is a regular financial pundit on TV and radio. On television Jasmine has presented TV programmes specialising in business and personal finance she co-presented BBC 1s Homes Under the Hammer, ITV Scotlands Spend Spend Spend as well as First Time Buyers and Doctor Dosh for UKTV Style and presented online for BBC Learning with financial advice for BBC RAW Money. She regularly appears as a financial expert on all the news channels as well as Good Morning Britain and This Morning.
