Angus Kennedy is a leading figure on the subject of chocolate and appeared in the international media with numerous television appearances as the worlds leading chocolate expert on programs such as: The BBC Good Food show, ITV, Superscrimpers and BBCs Watchdog Test House, Bloomberg, Channel 4 and a 1/2 our interview with Talk to Al Jazeera TV.
He is the editor of Kennedys Confection magazine the leading magazine on the trade, he has written 8 books and is an experienced public speaker, speaking at corporate events and academic establishments around the globe.
He also founded the London Chocolate Forum through his network of contacts in the chocolate industry - now the one of the biggest events in the trade.
Angus is able draw upon a lifetime of experience to bring the magic of chocolate to the show floor with passion and drive for both an inspiring, informative and memorable presentation.
